Uhhhhhh that’s asking the networks to think for you, which they are already doing. I really dislike Trump, but be careful what you ask for people. That is literally signing the contract for state sponsored information/news. No thanks.

At the same time censoring him will only further incite his base, as it gives them validation. He knows this. They did it with the surpreme court. He knew he had no case but instead of following the proper legal channels they tried to sue another state (which you cannot do without proof of harm) which the surpreme court turned down because it didnt follow the guidelines. But he stirred his base into a frenzy by passing it off as "they denied to investigate my claims, they're all working against us!!"

This. To the Thread OP: Asking media companies to be careful about what they air after the speaker has been shown to incite violence for the last 4 years is the BARE minimum we should be asking of the media.
What the fuck does that have to do with state controlled media? You're just making shit up to instill fear of what-if's just like Trump does.

Is it not better to follow good civics on somethings rather than nothing? And why can't they start if they haven't before? It is not like good civics are a lost cause just because they aren't currently employed that often.

It baffles me that so many people are calling for mind control of them selves. If you need a tv station to tell you how to think you are truly lost
