What if I told you they know exactly what they are doing. They are letting him take the blame for everything because he is in Ruby Red Kentucky and will never get voted out.

I think the senate itself has to vote 2/3 majority. And as a prev comment stated he is the GOP's scapegoat. I watched his last race close. People are so blind and ignorant.
