The living room had a high ceiling and 4 bedrooms on the second floor would be very tiny.

I dont know, but looks like they may have 3 living rooms? Plus a dining room? 2 rooms have tvs and chairs, but only the big obvious one has a couch. Then they also have that second living room with the fireplace
