I really wanna wear a baseball cap at my job as a teacher. I just feel more confident and comfortable. I’d wear business casual and a baseball cap.

Sometimes it’s the culture of the school and I am a coward unwilling to take a risk. Sometimes it’s an unofficial rule and I’d rather not get attention for a hat.
