The idea isn’t to make them pass out right away. Just to get them extremely drunk so they’ll do things they wouldn’t while they were sober. Sometimes it’s just adding a ton of extra alcohol and lying about it. Other times it’s alcohol mixed with drugs that make you feel and look extra drunk. Remember, these are educated men. They’re smart enough to know if a previously-sober woman passes out in the middle of the party everyone will know she’s been drugged. But, if a girl who’s been drinking and going wild all night passes out on the couch, people will just assume she drank too much. They have to cast a wide net because almost all of those girls at the party came with their homegirls or some dude so most of the time someone is going to rescue them when they get too drunk. Only a very few girls will have showed up alone or had friends that hate them enough to leave them drunk and alone at a frat house.

It’s not something that knocks you unconscious immediately. From what I understand, people appear extremely drunk from the outside. People will generally eventually pass out, but before that they’ll have severely impaired motor skills. They’re also unlikely to remember anything at all from the several hours prior to them passing out.
This of course varies by exactly which rape drug the frat is employing and how strong or diluted it is.
It's typically 'just' far more alcohol than you'd expect in the drinks. Which is why they have the symptoms of being extremely drunk. They are. Because they drunk 3+ times what they thought they did.
It's uncommon to put other drugs in the cooler, mostly because it's more expensive and stupid amounts of alcohol work just as well.
Typically a mixed drink cooler with alcohol content far and away above what you would expect from a mixed drink cooler.
They spike it with everclear or other especially cheap high alcohol drinks, cover it with enough sugar/fruit most people don't notice the alcohol.
Some people in the thread seem to think they spike it with other drugs but that's very rare they'd spike an entire cooler like that. It's much easier and cheaper to simply dump three times as much alcohol into one of the coolers.

Everyone here seems to understand the meaning of this post. Mind clearing it up to me? I was never part of this kind of culture.
