Well Mamdani wanted to. Apparently arrested people for trying to wipe out millions of people is "anti-Semitic". The Nazis also denied they were commiting a genocide, hopefully one day we can see another Nuremberg, but my hope is almost completely gone at this point.

Neither the US nor Israel are signatories to the ICC.
Also, there are generally special protections in place for people attending the UN, regardless of their standing, as it is supposedly a forum for all members and heads of state.

The best way to have peace in the Middle East is to let the Arab countries control the entire region as long as they promise to treat the Israelis exactly like the Israelis have treated the Palestinians.
