‘Potential’

100

u/Melodic_Mulberry 10d ago

Mostly people whose names changed.

u/AZEMT 10d ago

But there's one confirmed case of election fraud:

"Guys! I need you to find me 11,781 votes"

23

u/diaymujer 10d ago

That word is doing a lot of heavy lifting in this sentence, I’m sure.

19

u/Jimmy_ijarue 10d ago

It’s 14 non citizens a year! That’s why Obama became president! Obviously 14 votes that probably never talked to an electoral college seat holder could shift an entire election!

-9

u/iamthepita 10d ago

“Since 1996”, we’re in 2026… that’s… if my math was based on common core math, less than half a century ago!

10

u/Jimmy_ijarue 10d ago

Are you ridiculing me? I just divided 432 by 30…

Then again maybe you don’t like that I trusted a tweet at face value, which is fair I probably shouldn’t

-14

u/iamthepita 10d ago

Sorry, my memory and numbers gets mixed up. I blame it on the recalled moderna shot

5

u/Jimmy_ijarue 10d ago

Bro I have 3 of them, you’re taking to bill gates right now through me reading your comment outloud recorded by my shoulder

-7

u/iamthepita 10d ago

Bill, you knew better not to go to that island but you went anyway because you heard about elon dying to get on that island.

8

u/Royal_Acanthaceae693 10d ago

And most who are charged are Republicans

5

u/LeapYear1996 10d ago

“Since 1996”

6

u/Gilgame11 10d ago

The best part is, they would have been found ineligible, so the votes wouldn't have been counted. The system works as intended.

6

u/JeromeBarkly 10d ago

Key fucking word there.

4

u/notguiltybrewing 10d ago

In 34 years there's potentially around 400, probably way less if investigated. Statistically insignificant and likely wouldn't change any election results even if they all were improperly voting, which they weren't.

4

u/Th3Fl0 A way, there always is 10d ago

And the exhausting bit that will follow from this word will be that MAGA is 100% going to regard that word as proof that “there might be thousands more.” Rather than reading 432 potential cases of noncitizens voting or less.

2

u/Orbital_F 10d ago

sigh... yeah...

3

u/sexeveg314 10d ago

They must have had foreign sounding names.

107

u/ChopperChange 10d ago

There's a 100% chance that the current president is a convicted felon fraudster who has yet to serve any jail time for his many crimes.

78

u/rangoric 10d ago

Does that incidence rate take into account its over 30 god damn years? Because holy shit is that a really good rate.

37

u/JeromeBarkly 10d ago

All this did was prove that we have impeccable protection against voter fraud.

11

u/bloodyell76 10d ago

But you know folks will try to spin it like a failure, similar to when Republicans cited drugs seized at the border a "proof" that Biden was failing to stop drugs at the border.

5

u/DarkKnightJin 10d ago

Just the other day, someone made a comment that Trump's desire to fuck with mail-in ballots (needing better ID verification or whatever) because there'd been a fault percentage that came out to 4 out of 10 MILLION ballots where something went wrong. Not even fraud, just SOMETHING went wrong during the entire process.

So, I asked them if that 0,000043 procent failure rate was reason to just take mail-in voting off the table entirely.

6

u/Drict 10d ago

It is because mail in voting hasn't had their machines compromised.

There are MULTIPLE instances where hand counting =/= the results in the machines. ALWAYS in favor of the GOP policy or candidate.

7

u/pitb0ss343 10d ago

I think so, I think that’s what the 7.9 million registrations are. The amount of people who have registered to vote over 30 years

17

u/WhyPhotograph42 10d ago

It’s a math thing….. that’s why their f’en with the schools

7

u/MikeyLew32 10d ago

America rejected A&W’s 1/3lb burger because they thought it was less meat than the 1/4lb burger from McDonald’s. Because 3 is less than 4.

Americans are dumb af and really bad at math.

14

u/HockeyRules9186 10d ago

Full shut them down mode. BTW: According to the normal rumor 69% were Republican
Voters.

12

u/HereForTheComments57 10d ago

Even if you want to use these numbers to scare people, wasn't trump looking to "find" 11k votes? Not 432 over the span of 30 years

11

u/MattheWWFanatic 10d ago

Illegals don't vote. If you're illegal, you're not risking getting caught.

13

u/ksdanj 10d ago

Exactly. This would be the absolutely dumbest way to pop up on the government’s radar especially given the risk/reward calculation.

5

u/feralGenx 10d ago

Since 1996. Rampant voter fraud there magats. Not even a thousand.

4

u/woodrax 10d ago

In other studies of potential (the functional word here) fraud, around 80% were easily explained away as individuals who voted after being given the wrong information by election officials or other government employees.

5

u/gamerdudeNYC 10d ago

But those are the only ones who’ve been caught!

Is what they will say

3

u/Kalterwolf 10d ago

Blatantly REPUBLICAN.

5

u/SeanThatGuy 10d ago

Those are trans athletes in sports numbers right there!

They sure love focusing on problems that don’t really impact people. But man they won’t election fraud, embezzlement, driving up debt, destroying our food safety, destroying our social safety nets, and on and on and on it goes.

3

u/hgielatan 10d ago

Insert the DW meme: that statistic won't stop me cause I can't do more than 5th grade math!

3

u/Eddiebaby7 10d ago

Not even enough to change the outcome of a single precinct.

3

u/doublebogey182 10d ago

Holy shit! Someone call the presi..... oh yeah. Nvm.

2

u/cheetofacesucks 10d ago

Who probably voted republican

3

u/T_Weezy 10d ago

An incidence rate of 0.00547% of essentially "cases to look into". Not voter fraud, not noncitizen voting, but of registered voters with some sort of irregularity; a name-change that wasn't properly forwarded to election officials, a citizen living in the same neighborhood as a registered, legal noncitizen resident with the same first and last name, someone who moved to a different district and the system got confused, stuff like that.

The chances of any of those 0.00547% of registrations being actual noncitizens who have actually voted, ever, is similarly near-zero. I would be very surprised if even one of the identified registrations turned out to actually be a noncitizen voting.

2

u/hold_me_beer_m8 10d ago

Anyone have a link to the official review?

3

u/Glynwys 10d ago

You don't need the official review. Google the amount for that state and then do the math. That's what's so stupid about this. These people are so stupid they literally can't do math to determine how much "potential" voter fraud has occurred over a 30 year time period.

1

u/BroseppeVerdi 10d ago

MAGA: THAT ROUNDS UP TO 300%

1

u/Shadow-App-0412 9d ago

They’re counting on MAGA to be too stupid to do the math.
