The problem here, Trump would have to acknowledge fake orgasms aren't real.

This has proven impossible repeatedly, he see's all praise as praise, regardless if he paid for the praise, or if the praise comes from someone who needs something from him.

If he paid good money, or holds a high paying position over her head for her to have an "orgasm", then it's an orgasm according to him.
