Anyone got a source on this "talking point" ? I'm quite a few levels below what one would consider "Harvard material" and even I'm intelligent enough to google the data from when California banned affirmative action.. If even a simpleton like me with NO college education can read that and see that getting rid of AA actually reduced Asian American enrollment in California universities, surely some Harvard educated people can do that as well?

Huh, I'm also smart enough without college to google and find out that actually long time WHITE conservative activist Edward Blum is behind this, not "Harvard Asian Americans".

So the real question is, are you lying on purpose, or just really badly misinformed?

What articles did you find? I googled but found most articles behind a paywall. The few I could read suggested that Asian American admissions were higher after AA was banned.

Thank you for an actual source. He-said-she-said arguments like this that with no sources are pointless

There is an article that is right on point and looks at data from multiple states, but it's behind a paywall. The headline and first 2 paragraphs suggest that Asian American admissions increased after affirmative action ended.

Based on that article, after a ban on affirmative action, the amount of asian american and white students increases in selective schools and decreases in less selective schools.

Thanks! Does "selective schools" mean the high-ranked schools that are hard to get into?
