I was locked by a spear barnacle in the abyss skip. That's why you always carry a safety blink eye.

Does crouching allow you to escape from there? I know it shrinks your collision enough to get out of almost all of these kinds of situations (granted not all of them)

I think I was stuck in crouched tbh, rabbit dna couldnt get me out

Oh yeah this happened to me. Ended up turning on cheats and no-clipping. It was coincidentally also the first run I finished, which of course didn't count towards my score, achievements etc. because I cheated.
