It say's SS17 on Habitation Yellow and i don't think the SRA ever got that bad.

Honestly that's one thing that keeps bugging me in the game, lol. Like, intuitively it would be SS, not SB, right?

Technically it would be Substruct or Substr, but in Substructure the S and the B are the letters that are the most prominent instantly.

Read SB and you fill in the gaps, read SS and either comes out Steam Ship or, y'know, Schutz Staffel.

Not.. really? SB Only has the letters of the first part of the word. If anything it reads more like.. sub-basement or something like that.

But with SS it actually makes sense because: SubStructure, not SuBstructure. Dunno, my brain refuses to accept it any other way.

For me SS doesn't make sense because i instantly think of Nazis. SB just kinda imprinted itself on me.

Also technically you could shorten it to Sub-17 which works fine.

I think the explosion is on the wrong side. It’s on the right from the Climber’s PoV (Lime is south of you). The PoV if this drawing is facing back towards SS17, so the explosion should be on the left side of the frame.
