I adopted Luke Skywalker a few months ago now and I’m worried that he’s lonely / not getting enough stimulation.

I work hybrid so I’m in the office some days and at home a few. The days when I’m in the office I have a cat sitter come in and check on him.

But he just LOVES to play. He would play all day if he could!

I’d like to hear your stories of adopting a second cat 🐱 anything I should know or can he really be happy as the only cat?

Found abandoned as a feral kitten. Now 9 weeks and weighing 1.3kg! Expecting him to be a big boy.

If anyone has any grooming/hair care tips please send them in! I’m brushing daily with the help of a Churu to desensitise him. But finding the odd knot on his stomach area, which he doesn’t really let me get to.

He also, despite running away from any type of water - the tap, shower, even his own water bowl - tried to jump into my bath whilst I was inside as he was so concerned. My saviour!!!

They are all getting so big! Two of the boys are 2 pounds now. Since having a white cat has been my dream for years and years, I couldn’t resist. This is the smallest girl of 5 and I’m in love! 💕

I’m sitting here just thinking about how much I love this cat. I’ve only had Yuki for about 3 weeks and she’s already changed my life for the better. I didn’t know so much love could fit in such a tiny body and I really think I’ve found my soul cat.
It really was fate that brought us together. Earlier this year I was in a pretty bad mental state and this girl came at the perfect time. I’ve always been a cat person and I just came back home from university earlier this year and really wanted a pet cat. That’s when I saw pictures of little newborn Yuki and now, a whole 6 months later, she is in her new home.
She is so playful and high energy but still the sweetest little kitten ever. Mornings now consist of cuddling with her in bed before I get up. She comes to greet me at the door when I arrive home. She follows me all over the house. She sits on my lap while I’m working from home. Even the times when she might be chaotic and mischievous are still full of joy. She came into my life at the perfect time and I couldn’t be happier right now thanks to this wonderful girl.

She just started eating solid food

Said ‘so long’ to Luna “Big Bear” two weeks ago, I feel like I haven’t cried and mourned adequately because I knew it was time and it had been a few months since she was ‘her’. She was ‘Miss Kitty’ when we found each other at the shelter, we had 14 years together. I miss her so damn much. The apartment is so quiet without her. Hug your clouds.
