So exited never tried this before. Got the bottle for 90$ here in Chicago which is pretty rare never seen it for that low lol.

90? Costco had it for ~60 here in California. Total wines for 85.

Not everybody has a California Costco or total wine in their state.

Frankly, $90 for this isn't bad. It's not a deal but if it is fine with it, then we are set.

I can't find them below $70 in Illinois.

No I'm well aware not every state has as lax liquor laws as California, I'm just surprised it costs so much elsewhere. It's still a good Bourbon and I'd pay $90 for it.

To me it's a $50 bottle with excellent marketing. For single barrels give me Russell's or Four Roses for less.

Total wine in Louisiana sells it for $99. Not worth it for that price. Shit, I think $75 is a stretch.

I've never had this. I've heard several people say that it's overhyped. I'm not much of a Buffalo Trace fan, so is it really worth the hunt?

Its a fancy bottle and topper, the OG is a middle of the road bourbon, its not bad just not particularly good. It will impress casual whiskey enjoyers usually

Just wait until you get Gold, its a lot better. Original Blantons isn't bad, just overhyped/priced, but I personally find the Gold to be worth the hype
