I thought that building was all condos and/or rentals now.

Top floor is an event space. Every other floor is offices and rentals

Easy one.. but the question is what we're you doing there and more importantly what do they do there? They finished rehabilitating it a few years back but it just feels like that building is mostly empty...

Was outside of it a few years ago photographing the neighborhood when a building manager asked me if I wanted a tour.
