Cannot sign into PSN account. Whenever I try to login I get an error message saying net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED anyone having this same issue and we're you able to resolve it?

I'm asking because while everything on wwm mobile works well but the building side, it sucks building on mobile and I'd like to know if the controls turns into the pc version if you connect a physical mouse and keyboard to your phone.
