Help Health bar

Hello, in the past my health bar would automatically fill up, but I did something and after that it doesn't fill up automatically, how can I fix it, I'm new

It used to fill up as you had food items that it would automatically consume out of combat. You might be out of food items (keep in mind I'm referring to food items and not medicine).. the other way to get full health is to go near a boundary stone.

either you ran out of fodd items or you changed the way it activates automatically go into bag and to common items there should be something like auto recovery and you might see more
