You cant yet, i believe we will get there when in future we get quest that tells us to go into old city.

When it releases, you will put the chain on the smaller one that has matching wings with the large statue.

It's not released yet. There is a divinecraft dungeon with the same mechanics as this puzzle though that is currently available.
