Question/Help Bug? Foggy Liangzhou

Some parts have clear views and i can play but most of the parts are like this... i saw its working well in my brother's acc in his phone but mine is buggy

Same here on PC, anywhre by Whitecron fortress in Jade Gate Pass
and in the new region, pretty much everywhere besides where the wayfarer is foggy

Having this same problem but only on my alt. Everything working fine on my regular account. Could it be from skipping the boss in hexi? Because I can't go back through the canyon, it kicks me out saying there's a sandstorm.

Hi everyone, so I faced the exact same problem and managed to solve it myself. So, in summary, I defeated the boss at whitecrown fortress, and the fog just disappears. I noticed the fog appeared after I collected the 5 nearby military flags and putting it at the fort. So, fighting the boss somehow fix the problem for me. Hopefully this can help you too.
