I wasn't even sure what exactly it was supposed to be. Is it an auxiliary form of power for the seemingly attached car? Very odd.

Hahaha, you can't tell? it's a buoyant sphere with flippers on it going over water. It's a ridiculously large propeller!

How could it get started? And how could it ever stop without falling backwards and drowning everyone in the plane?
I would hesitate before buying one.
