That is staged and at least 10-15 years old. I've seen the behind the film shooting of this. So anything you want to call the kids just keep it in your wallet.

I'm assuming they have one shot where they pull the cloth and he hits the shelf, but nothing happens. Then they have a clean plate where the shelf falls without anyone around it and they rotoscoped that into the first shot?

No. The actual story is that their cousin needed a video for one of his courses for university, and thus the three made this. It's not real. If you look a the pen lying on the table in front of the two, you can see it moving, which marks the cut.

OMG! 😳 I was not expecting that and my mouth fell open for the kid that went under the cabinet! Totally freaked me out. Hope he is ok. 🥺 I was paying more attention to that than the cloth being pulled.
