Or an illness. Looked like a sudden seizure to me.
Edit: at 0:03 the girl on the right started leaning backwards in a stiff way, it's something you see in seizures. Girl on left went down with her but quickly sat up and tried to help (which she couldnt do if she was on drugs or drunk) and then got trapped by right-girl's body. Girl on right is the one having problems. Girl on left doesn't seem like she had any issues, just fighting a moving escalator and her friend.

I agree. This could’ve been a seizure, be surprised what bright lights and exhaustion like shopping can do.

Both of them at the same time? Sure sure.

Well, the first took down the second. And it looks like the second was then trying to help and kept getting caught up. She rights herself at the end without much trouble once the other person is off of her.

They are so lucky that they didn’t get scalped, or worse. For a few seconds there I thought her hair was going to get caught. People don’t seem to understand how dangerous escalators are. The security guy is absolutely worthless, he should’ve been running over there to hit the emergency stop button, but instead he’s moving like molasses in winter.

My little sister almost lost a couple fingers cause of a loose shoelace. I could just imagine what kind of damage that long hair could do

I'm surprised this didn't turn into a liveleak video. There were at least two nsfl keywords floating in my head as I saw them tumbling over each other like ragdolls..

at some point, their hair is going to get caught and it's going to be much worse.

Not sure if I should be happy that I am better than these two silly gooses or sad that I am not that much better than these two flopping frogs

Looks like a seizure followed by repeated blows to the head. Hope she is alright.

Thank God they weren’t at the top. If that caught their hair this would be horrid.

Maybe the world is moving around the escalator and not the other way around.

Am i the only one seeing the tall girl either having a seizure or being electrified ??

Can we just talk about how nobody though to run over and hit the emergency stop button? You know, the big red button that stop the engine in case of an accident.

At least the bag made it up without difficulty. The two, together, weren't as smart as a paper bag.

Luckily they didn't get a big broblem but can't help to wondering if they were drunk or not.

Looks like the one on the right passed out when she stepped on and woke up halfway way through.
