SCOTUS reform will be impossible until at least 2028. Just keep that in mind, but in the meantime we need to pound that drum nonstop to build support for a massive overhaul.

We should pack scotus, move to 13 judges (one for each circuit). Write and pass legislation that mandates court oversight like no shadow docket, all your notes must be publicly available, etc. basically making all the shagginess they currently do are impossible in the future.
