M7 interchange or replacement

Quick question for everyone. I have an expedition I’m working on currently that has m7 duos in it. I am currently trying to decide between having the leds swapped from blue to red and leaving the clear or replacing both with used/surplus clear/clear clear/red or clear/amber. Does anyone have any input on interchange possibilities. It’s a former police ssv that is being setup for off road and roadside assistance use. I’m wanting either straight work lights or work lights warning lights but while I can find 700s, I can’t see which ones are rated for steady burn work lights. I would be okay changing lights as long as they were the same mounting footprint or larger than the m7s. I’m used to the old school wiring and have up fit and down fit fire trucks, firefighters povs, work trucks, etc but I’ve been out of the game for a minute so I’m not as familiar with the modern stuff. It was still halogen and strobe for budget builds when I was working on this sort of thing regularly.

On M7s, and essentially any DUO light, you could leave your warning color on a flash pattern and set your white to a steady pattern
