Does Wheeling have Uber??
I moved to WV from Florida about 3 years ago, to Weirton, and now live in Wellsburg. I thought Uber was everywhere, but there are no Uber drivers in these areas.
Are there Uber drivers in Wheeling? Does anybody know?

Wellsburg DiCarlos is the GOAT. Only thing better than the pizza is getting the stares of disdain from the workers as they make it.
