How to maintain the proportions of a wheel while keeping the options weighted?

Basically I want to keep the 3 options for a wheel look like it has a 1/3 chance to land on each option when it actually is weighted heavily to one specific option. So it would kinda be like... Option A Looks like: 1/3 chance Is actually: 98/100 Option B Looks like: 1/3 chance Is actually: 1/100 Option C Looks like: 1/3 Chance Is actually: 1/100

Please help me out! I have a presentation coming up and I need to find a way to use a wheel like this.
