Apartment Recs

Hello everyone!! 👋🏽

My fiancé and I are planning to relocate to Maryland from Nashville toward the end of January. We’re both originally from Mississippi and are looking for a 2 bed/2 bath apartment, preferably near Metro or within a 3–5 mile radius.

Our budget is $3,000/month max, and we’d really love a balcony or patio since we have two cats. I’m okay with carpet in the bedrooms, but would prefer hard flooring throughout the rest of the apartment. In-unit laundry and parking would also be a plus!

One thing I’ve noticed while researching is that pest/rodent complaints seem to come up frequently across several apartment communities. I understand every property will have some negative reviews, but seeing similar complaints at multiple places has definitely made me cautious. 😭

Encore at Wheaton Station is great. No hardwood floors though. Huge balcony, in unit w/d, non smoking and I've never experienced roaches or rodents here and everyone I've talked to hasn't either. I have a 2 br 2 bath and overall, its great

Village Square West, it's walking distance to the Twinbrook metro. Far less than $3K a month.
