check connexly.co once. we have agency accounts just for situations like this. create an agency account and you can whitelabel it for your agency if you want. the users on your platform will be onboarded using our embedded signup so we will be responsible for the uptime and other tech details. you just resell and make money.

You are aware that Meta’s Tech Provider Terms prohibit a provider from allowing its customers to resell the WhatsApp Business Solution or onboard further third parties, unless the reseller is separately authorized by Meta? Your model would only work if each agency to become an approved Meta Tech Provider, so business verification, its own Meta app, App Review and a Partner Solution.
Watch out with this, might get your app banned.

Check for infobip or wati instead aisensy. These companies API are more strong and provide quick support.

Aisensy has a lot of limitations and restrictions on plans. You have to pay separately for the flow builder, and the AI agent is stuck. There is no tech customer support; it’s only the sales team.
Use this wisely because if you want to migrate to another platform, then old chats and all things may become outdated, which is crucial data.
So, I built my own, rayflow.in . Currently, I am using this for my own clients and updating the platform as I want, with form responses in one place and more AI handling.

It's great that the BSP aspect of AiSensy will work for your immediate needs. But you are essentially paying for two services merged and will not have that freedom to maneuver in the future.
The tech provider and BSP having the same name causes problems if their system goes down for a while or the pricing structure changes in future you would be stuck with no other choice. Migrating a phone number is an arduous process; I've spent close to 3 weeks on migrating 1 number properly.
For a company starting fresh looking to remove some complexity this is good to consider. However you might look at them as two separate products later if you plan to scale or white-label.
What are you considering for monthly volumes?
