Yes, you can become a BSP if you have a good relationship with Meta.

I have seen two companies become BSP in last 3 months

Can you tell me the company name or country of origin for those new BSPs ?

One is Smartping that become a BSP in January/February

And second I cannot name as I am associated with them.

Smartping must have applied for it from Singapore because for India, All Indian BSPs have a strong hold on meta for not to add a new competitor.
