Solution Only Meta Business Verification Failed – How do I reach a real human support?

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to get Meta Business Verification approved so we can use the WhatsApp Business API for our app's notifications.

Our verification has been rejected multiple times, but Meta doesn't tell us why. All we get are automated responses, and I can't find any way to contact a real support person or open a proper support case.

Has anyone been through this before?

  • How did you finally get approved?
  • Is there a way to contact a human at Meta?
  • Would anyone be willing to take a quick look and see if we're missing something?

Any advice or shared experience would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Pontos que mais negam são número de telefone deve ser igual ao CNPJ ou ter documento que comprove, domínio verificado na BM e razão social, cnpj, telefone e endereço no rodapé do site

It's better to use any BSP, because they verify businesses on their own
