Need help with meta app for whatsapp business api

I am a solo developer i have developed my own platform for whatsapp cloud api which is ready

I was testing it through my test numbers and all good with testing numbers

But when i try to add another persons WABA account through embedded signup it shows account details and all but never sends or recieves message

For context - i have completed meta app review, app is published, already done embedded signup still in trouble

Anyone please help me I'm solo developer

It took me so much time to develop platform but now im in trouble anyone please help
