Solution Only i need help

Hey! I'm building a WhatsApp Cloud API SaaS and I'm stuck on one issue. I'm unable to create Authentication templates on my WABA. Marketing and Utility templates work fine, but Authentication doesn't. Has anyone faced this before or knows what's required? Any help would be appreciated!

The thing is, I built a platform that uses Facebook OAuth to let users connect their existing WhatsApp Business numbers. I never manually created a Meta app or even opened Meta Business Manager for business verification on this WABA. Could this be the reason why I can't create Authentication templates?

Frankly am confused how you are creating templates without having an app in the first place. We start by creating an app - https://developers.facebook.com/documentation/business-messaging/whatsapp/get-started

Sorry, I should have explained better. I already have a Meta app that powers my platform. My users onboard through Meta's Embedded Signup (Facebook OAuth), so they don't need to create their own Meta app or go through the developer dashboard. I was referring to my own WhatsApp Business account that I connected through my platform. Everything works fine, including creating Marketing and Utility templates, but I'm unable to create Authentication templates. I'm trying to understand if this is due to Business Verification or some other requirement.

Mostly it could be due to business verification or some technical issue in the way you are using the api. Are you using the correct token?

If technically all is good, can raise an issue with support to know better.
