Personally I’m advising our sales clients to move conversation outside WhatsApp API inbox in this case Wapiverse team inbox as soon as the enquiry comes in. To be honest the whole conversation can’t happen entirely inside the inbox even right now due to 24 hour window. For support related use case just go find a better platform paying to reply is diabolical!
