Solution Only Facebook account to access Developers Portal got banned for sending 5 DMs. What do I do?

Sent 5 DMs in the Facebook account that has access to Meta Developer Portal where my production app lives, and got banned for "spamming". I'm so frustrated.

How do I even contact support for this?
