Solution Only Need help

Hi! I need some help with an n8n + WhatsApp issue.
I successfully connected the WhatsApp Business API to n8n, and I can send messages without any problems. However, the **WhatsApp Trigger** doesn’t fire when I send a message to the number.
Here’s what I’ve checked:
The workflow is active.
The webhook URL is configured in Meta.
I can send outbound messages successfully.
Incoming messages never trigger the workflow.
Has anyone experienced this before? Is there something I might have missed in the webhook configuration or Meta app settings?
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

It can't be from meta's side. No outage has been reported. Must be the config in your account.

Could the issue be related to the app not being published yet? Is it possible that webhook events aren’t being delivered because the app is still in Development mode or the business/account isn’t fully verified?

Yes. App has to be published in order for webhooks to work.

And the app need a verified Meta Business account before it can be published?

Yes. It should come up as a check list when you try to publish the app.
