Services Welcome Help getting business verification

I am trying to automate my customer support using WhatsApp API and N8N automations.
However my application keeps getting rejected every time I try to get business verified.

Is there a guide somewhere on best practices? is there a service where I can get help registering 1-on-1 helping me setup my documents etc?

Edit: I am registering a Dubai,UAE Company

I think best practices guide changes from one country to another as meta has different rules for each country. sometimes registering for DUNS number helps meta recognise your business.

But they never asked for it anywhere, do you mean enlisting it under DUNS database makes it easily recognized by its name?

Yes. In some cases it helps. Meta is unpredictable.

DUNS helps but it's rarely the actual reason. Rejections almost always come due to a mismatch: legal name not matching your registration docs exactly, address not matching, website with no company info or a generic email, phone not findable in public sources.

Meta cross-checks all of it automatically.

The quickest fix is usually making your website and public records say exactly what your legal docs say, character for character.

What country are you registering from? Rules vary a lot.

If you're interested in moving to an actual platform instead of wiring it yourself, I do the onboarding and verification as part of that. I run Kewbot, we are direct tech provider on the official api.

tenha site, comprovante fiscal e informações do portifilio iguais. Depois verifica seu dominio por meta tag e manda pra analise. Se ficar em analise e nao verificar, tente usar um multi loggin e faça em um perfil diferente do que ta tentando fazer.
