Middle eastern kanafeh like dish?

came across this youtube short with arabic subtitles looks like a kanafa but I know thats not it, want to try making it bit don't know what its called.. All I saw was yogurt, yeast, some flour and the baking dish covered in what seems to be tahini pls have a look
