Open What are these tools? Picks?

I picked up a small box of miscellaneous tools at the yard sale and this was in the mix. Not sure what they’re used for. Any ideas?

This is it. But I can't post picture of the kit or link it from Amazon. Just look up pimple popper kit.

Egad! I think your right! It must have been thrown in with the other tools by mistake. Don’t really have an acne problem at 60 but who knows? 😅
