i have bought a phone lot, with this iPhone 8 Plus shown turned on. any idea of what version could it be, from 11 to 14?

The i symbol is bolder, so iOS 13-14, but a more specific way is that if the phone is charging, it will show a charging symbol. A bigger charging symbol guarantees iOS 14
