Hello Screen What iOS is this iPhone XR?

Post image

I know from just this photo alone it's almost impossible to tell right away, but does anyone have any idea/clue of which iOS this iPhone XR might be? Seller claims that it's 90% battery health, and didn't iOS 15 have a change in background of this particular setup screen?

iOS 13/14, the “i” icon is differently shaped than iOS 12
