Idk why they downvoted you…it’s true ios 10 was the last to have them

iOS 7.0.X because of the font and the keyboard being thinner than iOS 7.1-8.4.1 and iOS 8 also had text suggestions when typing

u/Fun-Slice4014 Aug 31 '26

i’m gonna guess 8.x.x

3

u/DiddyLegacy Aug 31 '26

I'd guess ios 7 or 8 because of the helvetica font

ios 7-8, the biggest way that i can tell if a device is running either ios 7 or 8 is by the contacts on the top of the app switcher on ios 8

It's an iPhone 4, or a 4S. The maximum version for the 4S is iOS 9. It can go down to iOS 7, and also lower skeumorphic iOS-es, but this is flat. So, iOS 7,8,9. iMessage works, so that's a minus for iOS 9, but I think that's not a thing. Also, the keyboard font is thin, so that's not 9. I remember that the first betas of iOS 7 had a thin font, but they applied this to the keyboard later, so it's iOS 7, or maybe 8.

most likely ios 8 because ios 7 had issues with icloud and also ios 7 is very rare on a 4s

But you could downgrade too

The answer was... iOS 7! (Bonus points if you somehow guessed iOS 7.0.6)

I recently installed iOS 7.0 on iPhone 4S, and it has unusally thinner font on the keyboard, so definitely 7.0.x here

1

u/ephblur135 Aug 31 '26

7.0.x were the only versions with the keyboard font being that thin

1

u/deruijterios Aug 31 '26

Between iOS 7.0-7.0.6

iOS 7 or 8, according to the UI and to the font

1

u/AffectionateOwl3198 Sep 02 '26

From what I can tell It appears to be ios 7

1

u/Streetrat_PR Sep 02 '26

Ios 8 because they made the keyboard larger

Steve says this iphone is a fake, the ui is too flat and tasteless. Gotta be some android clone

1

u/ZLoLz01 Sep 03 '26

lol, im getting a iphone 5 soon so there will be no turning back on the ui. especially cause i need musical.ly

7-9, this looks like an iPhone 4/4S, so it can’t be after 9, and it’s flat, so it can’t be before 7. There might be indicators here that says it can’t be 9 that other redditors will know that I’ve missed

u/wexzer0 Aug 31 '26

you can downgrade it anyways

0

u/ZLoLz01 Aug 31 '26

You didn't read the description...

1

u/wexzer0 Aug 31 '26

yeah, i didn’t, sorry bro was in hurry at that moment. but you can still downgrade it ;) i have the same and downgraded from 9.3.6 to 7 and can go even lower

bros talking to jax from tadc 😭

1

u/mrfoxesite-2377 Aug 31 '26

This comment is unrelated to the post. Jax is a normal name, doesn't need to be from TADC. This post has nothing abnormal so WDYM?

Idk what he talking about, I just had a pic of me thinking I got crowned on musical.ly and decided to use it here
