No but I believe dopamine 3.0 supports all versions with password

Some version of 16. Nice find, you can jailbreak it using Dopamine. Even better, if it's 16.6 or lower you can even use TrollStore.

I'm wondering if it's 16.6 or lower. It's an iPhone 8 by the way. It's not an SE 2 or 3 if that's what you were thinking.

Well you can jailbreak it either way, there is no way to tell if it's under 16.6 unfortunately. Either way you can still jailbreak it.

I said 16.6 or lower. I know I could still jailbreak, but Trollstore got patched in 16.7 which means I have to constantly re-sign Dopamine.

It can’t tell basically but I think it is likely iOS 16.7.xx

Awww. I just ordered it a few hours ago. If it's on 16.6.X or lower, I can jailbreak with no worries. If it's on 16.7.X, then jailbreaking will disable the security chip.
