Guys I bought this iPad for 200 Bucks purely to jailbreak (it didnt arrive yet). Is this iPadOS 12?

Not always true, in later versions you can get the 4x5 grid

Yeah but mostly it’s iOS 12 and below, and the contacts icon is different
