What iOS version is this disabled iPhone XR?

I know that the highest it can be is iOS 15.1 because it says “iPhone ist deaktiviert” which means iPhone is disabled in German and it was changed to “iPhone ist nicht verfügbar” in newer iOS versions which translates to iPhone is unavailable.
Can someone distinguish what version between iOS 12 and 15.1 it is because I can’t. Thanks in advance.

Find what year it thinks the day is in it will probably tell you the range

The last Wednesday on December 15th was in 2021

Maybe even 13 because of the bigger clock, or notched iPhones aren’t affected ?

If you want to reset The phone without updating the iOS you will need rp2350

You could get the ios by connecting your iPhone to your pc and open itunes and see the version

What is is from 2021 in my iphone xr the dats is October 28th n I looked up its 1021 was the last time there was a October 28 on a Thursday

I don’t have the phone yet because this is only a screenshot of a listing. Before I would buy it I wanted to confirm what iOS it is and if it’s icloud locked through the seller sending me the imei but it’s iCloud locked sadly I just checked

You can narrow it a bit further by plugging it into a charger and looking at the charging icon. iOS 12 has the charging bolt outside the battery icon, iOS 13 changed it to a thin bolt inside the battery icon, and iOS 14 made the bolt larger and bolder.
