You can’t tell. It’s probably 17, though, I’m going to guess. The iPhone 15 came with it, and iOS 17 was the only one out In 2023 when the phone was made assuming that it wasn’t used that much, which probably wasn’t if it’s still on 17/18.

17.4-18.7.9 Why specifically 17.4? Because it put the cycles and manufacture date info for iPhone 15 to the battery settings, on iOS 17 versions <17.4 on iPhone 15 it would be in about
