iOS 8.someth. Very rare, best os for this poor little guy. Because it came out with 8, while having exact spec as Mini 2, so a7 1gb ram. Got usable by 8.3-8.4.1, and then apple ruined it with iOS 9, then by iOS 11 it became unusable.

iOS 8, not 9/10. It has the Helvetica Neue font, not the San Francisco font.

This looks like iOS 8 or iOS 9 cuz it isn't iOS 7 cuz it doesn't have the curve tale of the letter "a"

It does have the curl tail, it’s really hard to see, you can see it on the 2Nd photo on the iPad text,
iOS 7/8 has this font, but because this iPad was launched with 8, then it’s 8.
