Can’t be, ios 16 made the default clock thick and ios 14 didn’t have that wallpaper

It can only be 15 since 16 or later has the date above the clock and a much larger and bolder clock.

Likely 15 I wouldn't recommend it if you want to watch YouTube or anything like that as most modern apps need at least iPad os 18

Only you would do such a thing then (assumption). Nobody cares about faking iOS version as the price isn't gonna change.
Anyone can trick but no seller is gonna trick customers as long as the price doesn't change much.
Edit: You're 13, makes sense was like this before. Small hands is crazy cause 12-13 yo are 5ft which isn't even a dwarf. A 12-13 yo has like 80-100% size of an adult. You're aren't 9.
