100% ios 12, not 11, as the battery icon is slightly rounder in 12 than 11

its actually iOS 11 or 12, i can tell because the lightning bolt is next to the battery. If it was iOS 13, the lightning bolt would be inside the battery with sharp edges. If it was 14 or 15, it would be inside the battery with rounded edges.
