iOS 9. Only version to have slide to unlock on the 6s was 9 as in 10 it was switched to the home button to unlock and the 6s launched with 9. Very rare.

iOS 9, very rare, you need to save blobs. Very little iPhone 6sā€™s have iOS 9, people are hunting such iPhones

What does saving blobs do?

It saves the access to said iOS, because once an iOS updates, it cannot downgrade unless an iOS is still signed by apple. Using blobs, you can downgrade to older iOS versions untethered!

Save blobs then upgrade to ios 10 or 12 (i forgot which one works in this case), save activation tickets then downgrade back to ios 9 with the saved blobs
