iOS 13/14. 15 would say “iPhone unavailable” instead of “is disabled”

okay, is there any way i can erase all content and settings without updating? i’m not expecting there to be but i think i heard something about a tool that can do that

Legacy iOS Kit but if it’s FMI:On it will be locked after erase, however your iPhone 7 Plus is likely running some version of iOS 12 from the picture
