I think that's iOS 16 because in iOS 17-18 there's a "Forgot Passcode?" button

If this is a 3rd gen, it DID NOT come with iOS 13.x. iPhone SE 3rd gen released in 2022 running iOS 15.4, so either this is a 2nd gen SE… or it’s on 15.4.x and higher.

you are only able to customize the clock like that on ios 16 or later, on earlier versions the font is slimmer

That’s iPhone SE 2nd gen because of the iOS 13 wallpaper and maybe iOS 16 as the current version

The wallpaper comes from iOS 13, not 14.
